When you make a call through Voizly, the recipient sees a virtual phone number automatically assigned by the Voizly system. This is a real phone number — not your personal mobile number. The virtual number protects your privacy on every call.
Voizly may display different caller IDs based on the available numbers in our system. The number shown during a call is assigned automatically.
Caller ID usage must comply with local laws and regulations. Voizly does not allow fraudulent or illegal use of caller ID.
For the best experience, we recommend at least 1 Mbps internet speed. Higher speeds will provide better and more stable call quality.
Voizly is available on iOS and Android devices. You can install the app from the respective app stores.
Poor call quality is usually caused by unstable internet connections. Try switching networks, moving to a stronger signal area, or reconnecting to WiFi.

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable laws or store policies. Credits never expire, so there is no urgency to use them.
