How Voizly Credits Work
Credits are Voizly's calling balance. They are deducted based on the destination country rate, so 1 credit is not always the same as 1 minute.
1 credit per minute country
10 credits = up to 10 minutes
India, USA, UK, Canada, Germany, and France currently use 1 credit per minute.
2 credits per minute country
10 credits = up to 5 minutes
Australia, New Zealand, and UAE currently use 2 credits per minute.
4 credits per minute country
10 credits = up to 2.5 minutes
Japan currently uses 4 credits per minute.
Credits are different from minutes
Minutes measure call duration. Credits measure how much balance is deducted for that call. For some destinations, the rate is 1 credit per minute, so credits and minutes look the same.
For higher-cost destinations, more than 1 credit can be deducted per minute. For example, a 5 minute call to a country that costs 2 credits per minute uses 10 credits.
The call page shows the current credit per minute value before you dial. If you change the selected country, Voizly checks the country rate again and updates the credit value.
How to estimate your available call time
Divide your available credits by the destination country's credits per minute.
Example: 30 credits calling Japan at 4 credits per minute gives up to 7.5 minutes.
Credits never expire. No monthly subscription.
